Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • chopped onions (optional)

Directions:

Press hashbrowns into a 9" x 12" greased pan. Mix sour cream, soup and margarine together and pour over hashbrowns. Top with cheese slices or grated cheese. Sprinkle with cornflakes and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Leftover Hack: Make sure you have flour tortillas for this leftover hack! Add your leftover hash brown casserole, bacon or sausage (or both), cheese, scrambled eggs and of course don't forget the spicy pickle dip for an amazing breakfast burrito!
